The extended MEOR community includes partner organizations with which we actively collaborate, to highly accomplished guest speakers, exceptional volunteers, alumni and friends who share a common commitment to our mission. We are grateful for their support and collaboration.
Partner Organizations. MEOR actively collaborates with other organizations serving American Jewish college students, ranging from Sinai Retreats (a 25-year-old summer learning program) to PERI (Peer Educator Research Program) to individual campus Hillels and more.
Government of Israel. MEOR partners with the Israeli government in their effort to advocate for Israel, as we believe in fighting for Israel’s continued existence and success. Our Israel trips run in partnership with the Binyan Israel Program, which is made possible by the generous support of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and is presented by Hasbarah Fellowships. Binyan adds unique opportunities and experiences to the MEOR trips, including education on Israeli history and politics, advocacy training, and strategic touring of Israel’s borders. Binyan Israel works to combine powerful Jewish experiences with fun and insightful Israel programming. The Israel connection continues back in America, where MEOR campuses host various pro-Israel events, lectures, and social media campaigns. MEOR is proud to work with the Binyan Israel Program and Hasbarah to form a holistic, informative and proactive Israel experience.
Guest Speakers. MEOR features dynamic guest speakers from a wide range of professions who have made Judaism central to their lives. Meeting and engaging with accomplished Jewish leaders encourages students to see the relevance of Jewish values, practice and tradition to their futures and aspirations.
